Women Are On Stage, At the Podium, and In the Repertoire

Concert halls may be closed, but the music plays on. Throughout the COVID pandemic, The Philadelphia Orchestra has been offering free streaming of past live performances, as well as specially curated concerts featuring musicians playing from home.

This week’s offerings put the spotlight on women conductors, composers, and soloists. Read our story on The Philadelphia Orchestra’s WomenNOW initiative.
